support the professional growth of it's women.
The Committee of Women in Banking and Finance strive to continuously build out the platform by adding monthly networking functions and educational programs like the industry renowned "Mentoring for Success Program." We have now added Toastmasters to the platform.

Why Toastmasters?
Toastmasters is renowned for developing confidence in public speaking and leadership skills. Whether you are speaking to your leadership team, your clients, your co-workers or your kids, Toastmasters can help you do it better. You'll learn and practice in a friendly, comfortable environment with people who are there for the same reason you areto become better communicators. And we have fun. Our Club Mentor described it as like a cathartic meditation. So we invite you to make time for yourself, invest in your career development and join us as a guest.
Our club is open to all of Women in Banking and Finance members
(please refer to Contact Us, under the Main Menu to the left, for details of eligibility). Each club is a local chapter of
Toastmasters International.
Typical 20 to 30 people meet fortnightly at lunchtime. Each meeting gives everyone an opportunity to practice conducting meetings, giving impromptu
speeches or prepared speeches, and offering constructive evaluation.
